Turtle Cove Beach

Turtle Cove Beach is located within Great Bay on the East End of St. Thomas with beautiful views of St. John and Cruz Bay across the Pillsbury Sound. This beach is well taken care of and is home to the luxurious Ritz Carlton Resort. At the beach you can enjoy some of the perks of the resort like the drinks and the food! Even if you're not staying at the resort you can visit the resort and they even have designated public parking spaces for visitors. The parking is located between the Ritz Carlton Resort and the Ritz Carlton Clubhouse, which is directly adjacent to the north.

At Turtle Cove Beach you can find lots of fish swimming in the usually calm waters and sometimes you can find turtles slowly meandering through the beautiful and clear turquoise waters. This is also a great beach to rent kayaks and to explore the rest of Great Bay and Cowpet Bay just to the south around water point. If you're walking you just to the north along the paved path is Great Bay Beach at the Ritz Carlton Club. Walking along the rocky shore and shallow waters to the south you'll come upon Skinny Beach.
