Lind Point

Overlooking Cruz Bay, Lind Point offers incredible views of the town and of St. Thomas across the sound with all the smaller islands in between. Watch the people ferry drop off day trippers, or boats coming and going, or even watch people enjoying the beach - this overlook always has something to look at. The path to Lind Point is just behind the Virgin Islands National Park visitor center parking lot where you first ascend a staircase to the starting point. The close proximity to town makes this overlook a great place to checkout if you're visiting St. John without a car as you can just walk to it! The trail can take you all the way to Salomon Bay or Honeymoon Beach if you'd like with Lind Point being a stop along the way. Being so close to town this overlook is rarely busy so you can enjoy the views all to yourself.
