Frank Bay Beach

West End, St. John

Far off the beaten path, but not far from town, Frank Bay is a quiet beach that has beautiful views across the Pillsbury Sound towards St. Thomas. You can easily see St. Thomas, Little and Great St. James, and Dog island towards the south. Getting to Frank Bay just requires a short walk south from Cruz Bay along the road, past the cemetary, and then down a small hill. You'll see the beach at the top of the hill and can enjoy the calm waters to cool off after working up a sweat.

Directly across the road from the beach is a small nature preserve which includes a small salt pond and viewing area. If you're lucky some ducks might be in the area that you can watch and enjoy.
