Drake's Seat
Northside, St. Thomas
Potentially the most famous overlook on all of St. Thomas, Drake's Set has magnificent views of Magens Bay and the surrounding area. Named after Sir Francis Drake, legend has it that the famous sailor used this spot as a lookout for enemy ships. Whether that's true or not who knows. What is true though is that this is one of the best views on the North Side of the island. Along with Magens you can also see Hans Lollik Island as well as several British Virgin Islands in the distance.
