Dorothea Bay Beach

Northside, St. Thomas
Dorothea Bay beach is one of those beaches on St. Thomas that just make you want to live in the Carribean. It's not as glamorous as the famous Magens Bay, but it's quaint asthetic is enough to make you start dreaming. The beach is tucked in between two points with Hull Bay to the east and Neltjeberg Bay to the west. Behind the beach there is a small condo community with a beautiful grassy area and a small gravel lot you can park at when visiting. The beach is fun to explore and is a great spot to look out towards the Atlantic Ocean and Inner Brass. The swimming and snorkeling is pretty good, but with the Brass channel so close by the current can often times be rough so be sure to keep an eye on the conditions.
